Our Barbacks are the backbone of the operation. We are looking for people with a high motor who can anticipate needs before they happen. If you want to learn the industry from the ground up and aren't afraid of hard work, this is where you start.

What You'll Do

Learn the flow. Your main job is to support the bartenders so they never have to stop pouring. You anticipate needs—ice, fruit, glassware—before they run dry.
Master the prep. You’ll learn the mechanics of the bar, from changing kegs and cleaning draft lines to organizing the cooler and cutting fruit to par.
Earn your stripes. You handle the heavy lifting—stocking beer and wine, washing the glassware, and managing trash. It’s hard work, but it’s how you prove you can handle the rush.
Protect the environment. You keep the bar top wiped down, the mats sprayed, and the service areas spotless. A messy bar is a slow bar.
Event muscle. For private parties, you assist with the setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and linens, ensuring the event space is ready for showtime.
